Bab8 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Usage Policy

Welcome to bab8. This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the platform and services provided by bab8. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bab8 as the platform operator.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply accessing the bab8 platform, you automatically agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

1Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions take effect as soon as you access or use the bab8 platform, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other access channel provided by bab8. Continued use of our platform following any amendment to the terms indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Bab8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavor to inform users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.

If you use the bab8 platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use bab8 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Residing in a geographic region where use of this platform is permitted under local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not included on any active self-exclusion list on any recognized gambling platform.
• Not an employee of bab8 or an immediate family member of a bab8 employee.

Bab8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being frozen.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at bab8. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Creating a strong and unique password for your account.
• Storing your login credentials securely and not sharing them with any other party.
• Notify bab8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically required include a copy of your ID and proof of address. bab8 guarantees that all submitted documents are stored securely and confidentially.

4Deposits & Payments

Bab8 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfer, as well as credit and debit cards. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit terms you need to understand:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• Bab8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any fees that may be imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are the responsibility of the user.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Bab8 reserves the right to hold any suspicious deposits while an investigation is conducted.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users.

5Withdrawal of Wins

Win withdrawals at bab8 are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the availability of that method. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• The first withdrawal requires a successful KYC verification before it can be processed.
• All bonus wagering requirements (if any) must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bab8 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days.
• Bab8 reserves the right to request additional documents for any withdrawal request deemed to require verification.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bab8 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems, public holidays, or technical issues beyond our control. However, we are committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests as promptly as possible.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bab8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated in the relevant bonus terms. General terms applicable to all bab8 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements of its own that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bab8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraud, misuse, or attempts to exploit the system.
• Users found to be using wagering strategies deemed as bonus abuse may forfeit all related bonuses and wins.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in its respective bonus terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• Certain games may not qualify for or may contribute less toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements.

7Game Rules

All games available on the bab8 platform must be played in accordance with the rules set for each game. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the bab8 platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
• Using insider information or any form of unfair advantage when placing sports bets.
• Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the platform's security systems.

All casino games on bab8 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness. Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verified technical errors.

For Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer are final. Any dispute regarding a live game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the broadcast of the game in question.

8User Responsibilities

As a bab8 user, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This includes:

• Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times.
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring you do not play under the influence of alcohol or substances that may impair your judgement.
• Setting appropriate personal limits and playing within a budget you can afford.
• Notify bab8 immediately if you notice any suspicious activity in your account.

Bab8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or from the use of your account by another party with or without your authorization.

9Security & Privacy

Bab8 takes data security and user privacy seriously. All personal data and financial information shared with bab8 is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

By using the bab8 platform, you agree that:

• Bab8 may collect and process your personal data for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance.
• Bab8 may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze platform traffic.
• Bab8 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Bab8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• A user is found to have violated any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• A user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• A user opens multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• A user's identity cannot be verified upon request.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the bab8 customer support team. If there is a remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account, bab8 will process the withdrawal of that balance once all conditions have been met.

For account suspensions resulting from a breach of terms, bab8 reserves the right to hold all associated funds while an investigation is conducted. bab8's final decision in such cases is conclusive.

11Limitation of Liability

Bab8 provides the gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bab8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account by a third party.

12Amendment of Terms

Bab8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on our platform, unless a different effective date is specified.

For amendments involving significant material changes, bab8 will endeavor to provide at least 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, via in-platform notifications or your registered email.

Continued use of the bab8 platform after an amendment to the terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
